DMCA Policy
This TechBland DMCA policy explains how we handle copyright complaints. We respect the work of writers, photographers and developers. If you think something on our site copies your work, please tell us.
How TechBland Handles Copyright
We aim to publish original guides, news and reviews. Even so, mistakes can happen. When we receive a valid notice, we review it quickly. If the claim is valid, we remove or edit the content. In some cases, we may contact the author first.
What to Include in a DMCA Notice
To help us act fast, please include these details in your notice:
- Your full name and contact details.
- A description of the copyrighted work you own.
- The exact page on TechBland that you believe copies it.
- A statement that you act in good faith and that the information is accurate.
- Your signature, typed or written.
How to Send Your Request
Please send your notice through our contact form. Use the subject “DMCA notice” so we can find it quickly. We do not accept notices through comments. Therefore, please use the form for every request.
Counter Notices and Misuse
If we remove content by mistake, the author may send a counter notice. We then review it and may restore the content. In addition, false claims can have legal results. You can read the official rules on the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA page.
