Step 1. How to Download VMware Workstation

Now I will show you how to download VMware workstation 15 Pro on Windows 10 I am using Windows 10 due to that I will show you in windows 10 but you can follow the same steps on window 7 and 8. before downloading VMware on your system make sure that you are using the 64-bit operating system and if you are using 32-bit OS so don’t try this because you can’t install it on Windows 32 bit.

Step 2. How to Install VMware Workstation

While you have downloaded VMware on your system then the file will be on download folder by default, and the file name should be like this VMware-workstation-full-15.0.2-10952284.exe. so now let’s start the installation, read each step carefully and follow the same step.

#1. After clicking on the setup so click on the Yes button.

#2. Setup Wizard: then the setup wizard will install the VMware Workstation Pro on your system so click Next to go ahead and click Exit to cancel the installation.

#5. User Experience Setting: select both options but you can uncheck it, so I leave it as default and click on the Next button.

#6. Application Shortcuts preference: here select the place you want the shortcut icons to be placed on your system to launch the application so I recommend you select both options and click on the Next button.

Step 2. Create a New Virtual Machine

while you have installed Virtualbox successfully then run Virtualbox and follow these steps.

1. open Virtualbox

2. click on the “New” option.

before configuring your Virtualbox from the command prompt, you need to bring little changes to the code.

1. replace the phrase “your Virtual Machine Name” in the code below with your Virtual Machine Name that shown in Setting->General->Basic.
copy the code below and paste it on the notepad after that change the phrase with your virtual machine name then save it as .txt format.
afterward, go to windows and search cmd, after that right-click on cmd and run as administrator.
now run each code line one by one.
